If the watch I like is out of stock, how can I purchase it?
Orient watches are manufactured in limited quantities. We try to restock our collection as often as possible, however most popular models sell out quickly. To be notified of watches when they are available we recommend signing up for our newsletter. You can also reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the model number of the watch and we can assist you with an estimated lead time. Please note we are able to assist you better when we are provided with the model number of the watch.
Can you also order models that aren't listed on your website?

What does it mean when a watch is tagged as Last Chance?
When a watch is tagged as last chance on the website it means that once sold out the watch will not be restocked. In some cases it may mean that the watch has been discontinued and hence will never be available again. If you have your eye on a watch tagged as last chance we recommend getting it before it’s too late because it truly is the last chance for you to add it to your collection.
What payment options do you offer?
We provide safe and secure payment options via all major bank debit cards, credit cards and net banking.
Is cash on delivery also a payment option?
Due to the risks associated with cash on delivery we do not offer the payment method.
Is EMI option available?
At the moment we do not offer an EMI option. However, if your bank provides you an EMI option with your account/ card the option will be visible at the time of checkout.
What is the virtual showroom?
Virtual showroom is designed to assist our customers. A virtual showroom appointment is usually 15 mins long. During the session a watch expert will demo watches (max. 3) of your choice live via Whatsapp video call. The watch expert will guide you with any questions you may have.
How many watches can I view in my appointment?
As part of the 15 min appointment, a max of 3 watches of your choice will be demoed by the watch expert.

Can I return/ exchange my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. This is because we want to ensure every customer receives a brand new watch untouched by anybody other than the watch craftsmen & packaging executive. We only accept returns in case you receive a watch with manufacturing defects or a damaged watch.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible. It takes 24-48 hours to process, pack and ship your order. Once your order has been shipped a tracking code is emailed to you.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Once your order has been shipped, it will be delivered in 1-2 days for metro cities and 3-7 days for all other cities.
What are the shipping charges?
We use only the most secure and reliable shipping partners. Shipping charges vary based on the weight of the watch.
Standard: Rs. 200 onwards (based on weight of the watch)
Standard + Gift Packing: Rs. 400 onwards
Premium + Insurance: Rs. 600 onwards (base on weight and price of the watch)
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use only the most secure and reliable shipping partners. Our primary shipping partner is DTDC. However, we also use Bluedart, Shree Maruti and Fedex in areas where DTDC does not operate.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped a tracking code will be emailed to your registered email address. We request you to kindly check your promotion, social and spam folders.

What must I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
All orders are packed in a sturdy original Orient watch box and covered with sufficient bubble wrap. We use only premium shipping services to ensure your order is handled with care. However, in the rare instance you receive a damaged parcel, we request that you take photos and contact us immediately at email@example.com
Do you ship internationally?
We are the official importers and sellers for Orient in India. We do not ship internationally. We only ship within India.
I have purchased a watch on pre-order, when can I expect to receive it?
